Over the past few months, we have been working with a group of young people from Stoke Newington on our Safe Spaces London project. The young people worked towards OCN London accreditation in Introduction to Journalism and focused on the Capturing Audio module. Each week the group honed their podcasting skills, some of which are available below, on Spotify and YouTube.

Episode one: Top tips for when you're feeling down
In this podcast, the young people discuss what to do if you're feeling down and where to find support.

Episode two: The relationship between music and mental health

In the second episode of Schooled It, the young people discuss the positive relationship between mental health and music.

Episode three: Spin the Wheel

In this final episode, the young people use a spinning wheel to determine their discussion topic. All topics relate to mental health and emotional wellbeing.

This project was produced as a collaboration between Stoke Newington and Headliners (UK).
Thank you to the Edward Gostling Foundation for making these sessions possible.
