We are looking for a candidate to manage two key projects from our Newcastle office.

We have successfully delivered the National Citizen Service (NCS) youth programme for the past six years and are now looking for an individual to take on the management of the programme for the next stage of development.

Headliners has received three-year’s funding from the Lloyds Bank Foundation Invest Fund for our Digital Transitions project to develop and scale up the delivery of our recently completed pilot project which trailed a flexible and holistic model of supporting care leavers aged 16-25 to build resilience, make positive choices and take steps towards self-sufficiency by engaging in further learning and the world of work.

The ideal candidate to take on these two projects will be someone who is passionate about raising the voice of young people, comfortable at engaging with and building trust with groups of young people and vulnerable individuals and who can communicate easily with a variety of stakeholders at various levels. You will have a strong track record of performance management and a proven track record of developing and managing partnerships.

Please download the job description and application form and email your application to [email protected] by 12 noon on Friday 25th October 2019. Interviews will be held in Newcastle on Wednesday 30th October.  Please note we do not accept CVs.  The post is subject to an enhanced DBS check which we will arrange.   Statement of Intent
