Outcomes

Headliners young people achieve a range of outcomes from improved educational attainment to caring about their community more.

In the past year Headliners participants have logged 29,994 volunteering hours and have developed and delivered over 20 social action projects in their community.

Young people involved in Headliners programme last year reported the following improvements in their prospects and attitudes:  

92% said they cared about their community more

91% said they had better job prospects

91% said they were more positive about the future

87% said they were more confident talking to groups of people

88% were more confident generally

98% said they worked in a team better
