News Headliners (UK) awarded London Youth Bronze Quality Mark Award Headliners (UK) is delighted to announce that the charity has achieved the London Youth UK Youth Bronze Quality Mark Award for 2022 to 2025. The Quality Mark is a quality assurance framework providing organisations with a badge of excellence. It has been designed toestablish a recognised level of quality across any group/organisation that is delivering youth work. The Quality Mark is not a “pass” or “fail” test but a way of taking Headliners (UK) on a journey to achieve and demonstrate a level of competence. At each level of the Quality Mark, our organisation was assessed against several criteria, including safeguarding, diversity and inclusion, health and safety, outcomes for young people, partnerships, leadership, and more. The Quality Mark has been developed specifically for youth organisations and uniquely involves young people in the process. The Quality Mark is co-delivered with UK Youth and accredited by City and Guilds, the global leader in skills development & apprenticeship schemes and is recognised by local authorities and funders. Headliners (UK) has been supported through our self assessment process for the Bronze Quality Mark as part of the Young Londoners Fund and our youth work on the #Unfiltered Project. Ali Talbot, Chief Executive of Headliners (UK) said "We are very proud as a team to have achieved the Bronze Quality Mark for our youth work and the hard work that has taken place in strengthening our policies, procedures and ensuring the best possible outcomes for young people that we work with".
