Mental Health and The Gaps As part of the #UnfilteredProject, young people are offered the opportunity of masterclasses with industry professionals. In February half term 2021, Kay Rufai of S.M.I.L.E.(ing) Boys Project joined us to take us through how to make a podcast. Alongside creating a podcast, Kay engaged young people in conversations around mental health and stereotypes and these incredible conversations resulted in a two part podcast. This episode explores the gaps in culture and understanding in mental health services on offer for young people today and the affects it has on those accessing services. Listen to our other podcast episode they created on mental health and coping mechanisms here. Podcast produced by Rajaun & Tasnia.
