Social media has become a big part of our everyday lives. With it has come the constant flow of information, changing trends and more people spending time looking at a screen. Martina sets out to learn more about the lifestyle pressures that social media can put on young people today, the solutions and whether nature can help with the problems that exist.

Your private life isn't as private as it used to be and if your private life is what your selling, then when you do go outside you no longer have that anonymity
