Young photographers in Belfast take a positive angle on some of the biggest issues facing young people in their community.

Through Headliners Big Lottery Voices for Change Programme young people from Impact Training in the Shankill area in Belfast embraced the challenge of using photography to explore some of the big difficulties in their lives.

Every image tells a story of its own focusing on young people's feelings about: the future; division and reconciliation; fears; self-image; mental health; empathy; decision making; team work; hopes; community relations and self-awareness.

Below are their completed pieces of work.
