How have you been dealing with Stress? During our weekly meeting with the YMCA, we have been discussing how to deal with stress and how to avoid feeling anxious when possible. It’s been a difficult year for everyone in many different ways, especially for young people who have missed out on education over the past year and who are feeling uncertain about the future. The rapid changes in routine, the constant negative news headlines, the impact that the pandemic has had on families have proven difficult for school students of all ages. However, young people at the YMCA remain positive! In this podcast, we discuss how to deal with stress and how to remain resilient during these difficult times.
