We are looking to recruit an exceptional Head of Operations to provide effective leadership and oversight of our operational delivery projects and contracts, ensuring that they enable the delivery of our ambitious strategy. Headliners (UK) is a national UK charity supporting vulnerable young people to have a voice. Our work enables and empowers the most vulnerable and disadvantaged children and young people to share their views, opinions and enable their voices to be heard. The Head of Operations is a key member of our Senior Leadership Team and the post holder will work closely with our team to deliver our strategic programme. Headliners (UK) is looking for an individual who can inspire team members, collaborate and provide highly effective operational support to our project and contract teams. You would need to be someone who is keen to drive continual improvement in our operational developments. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about improving the lives of the most vulnerable young people and able to provide motivational leadership to a committed but geographically dispersed team. The primary focus of the role is to be responsible for the effective and efficient operational management and delivery of the charity’s delivery of contracts and projects. The successful candidate will need to have significant experience in similar senior leadership roles with a track record of delivering excellence in a range of operational functions; be able to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to manage staff who are geographically dispersed.
