Held Back or Moving Forward?

In September 2008 the school leaving age in England and Wales was raised to 17. Will this help improve young people's education or does it just hold them back from making thier own choices? Headliners speak to young people affected by the new laws and question Sarah McCarthy-Fry MP about the thinking behind the changes.
