Mosquito device
This is a brilliant story and really relates to how we children feel when we are penalised, because we are hanging out on the streets

Mosquito Device
Oh, how I would love my local shops to have one of these! It would have an instant impact on my local community and our local shops. These shops and the community are plagued by local drug dealers, alcoholics and youths sitting outside these shops in a very intimidating manner.
I know this wouldn't necessarily get rid of the older participants in this behaviour, but it would not allow youngsters to buy the drugs etc and join these irresponsible older adults. I can also understand the argument for children's rights, but I think the fairest way to deal with this is TO USE THIS AS AN IMMEDIATE TEMPORARY MEASURE until things in the neighbourhood are restored.
