Testing Times

Headliners member Aaron offers an alternative method of exam revision.

Aaron is struggling with his exam revision, but not to worry for a more sensible and sophisticated version of himself is there to help.

With his alter ego close at hand Aaron prepares himself for the approaching tests, but when they’re finished and he gets his results he realises that revision was not as easy as sensible Aaron made it out to be.

The idea for Testing Times came to me from those terrible 1940s-50s infomercials that companies would use to pitch their products or governments would use to present their ideals.

They always followed a boring repetitive formula where there would be an everyday problem, a person in need and worst of all a scarily friendly guide character who always had the solution.

So Testing Times kind of parodies the old genre of infomercials but it also refreshes the worn formula by adapting it into something you might actually want to watch.
