Coming to Terms with Culture

In an attempt to define 'culture', a Headliners reporter takes to the streets of Belfast to seek answers on questions of shared cultural space.

Julia Brennecke, 19, comes from Germany and is currently spending her gap year in Belfast. Thoughts of culture and identity have been weighing on her mind. As a result she decided to put together a short radio piece, which examines her own preconceptions as well as local young people's definitions and opinions on sharing their customs and culture with others.

The views of Carl,17, Maury, 18, Laurie, 19, Drew, 19, Nicole, 17, Derek, 18, Aoife, 16, and Catherine, 16 are featured in this programme.
