If I were in Charge of Trains
The world would look very different if young people were in charge. Joseph, 8, wishes he were in charge of the trains.
If I were in charge of the railway would also put air fresheners on the train platforms because whenever I stand on them they smell of wee. I want people to have more fun on the platforms too but I wouldn’t have bands playing on them as it could get a bit too out of hand.
I would also make getting onto the trains more fun by having Helter Skelters that shoot you into the trains. I would put TV’s on the trains because it is boring without them and instead of having more CCTV cameras I would employ more people to be guards because they can actually do something when people are doing bad things.
I would make paper tickets more expensive because it’s bad for the environment to waste paper, and it’s more eco-friendly to use reusable cards, plus it’s quicker to use them than paper tickets. I would also make it so that you could buy things in shops with the train ticket so you don’t have to carry money around in your pocket.
