Why do young people protest?

Reporters from Headliners wanted to discover what motivated young people to go on a demonstration, and why the organisers and speakers felt it was important to protest.

Five young reporters from Headliners spent Saturday reporting from the Anti-Trident/Troops Out of Iraq demonstration held in London.

They wanted to find out why young people had decided to go on the protest march, and also interview some of the organisers and those speaking at the rally.

The reporters were Zarah and Nazia Driver, Chinwe Izamoje, Jason McLeod and Jamie White.
