Young People take over BBC London 94.9

Young people from Headliners had their say when they took over programming of BBC London 94.9 with other young Londoners recently. Young people from across the capital were invited to set the agenda on Wednesday 25 June, when they were asked to produce audio content on issues of concern to them.

Charlotte Lytton, 16, and Ginisha Sadasivan, 18, met with producers for the Breakfast show and produced radio packages on the portrayal of young people in the media and gangs which were broadcast on the day. They were also intevriewed live on air by the presenters Jo Good and Paul Ross.
