A Government Minister, a newspaper editor and a Capital Radio presenter are among several people who have supported Headliners by appearing on a short video.
The video, made for the organisation's relaunch on the 30th January, shows Beverley Hughes, Minister for Children and Young People, explaining why she thinks it is important for young people's views to be heard in the media.
Also in the short video are Guardian editor Alan Rusbridger, Channel 4 News economics reporter Faisal Islam and Capital Radio presenter Margherita Taylor.
Justine Greening, the Conservative MP who speaks on young people, and Jenny Willott, who has the same role for the Liberal Democrats also explain why they think politicans need to do more to engage with young people and the media.
After being interviewed by Headliners members, Children's Commissioner Sir Al Aynsley-Green decided the process was so beneficial he asked Headliners to be involved in the recruitment of all appointments in his organisation.
And to complete the set of adults talking about the success of the organisation, former members Julia Press and Jon Hudson explain how Headliners helped them develop their potential when they were younger.
